Our collections are made for real women, living real lives. The ones who turn the grocery store into a runway. Who slay a Zoom meeting in pajama-soft pants. Who wear the same set from sunrise to last call.

Every piece is thoughtfully crafted to feel like your softest loungewear but look like your most polished self. It’s structured slouch. Powerjams, not power suits. And a whole lot of comfort disguised as confidence.

Let’s keep it real: Banks is run by one woman (hi, I’m Maggie), a sewing machine, and a vision. I design every piece myself—usually starting with a sketch, sometimes with scissors and a glass of wine in hand. If it passes the mirror test, it moves to sample stage.

I sew what samples I can in my one-bedroom apartment (yes, there’s fabric everywhere), then work with my production partner in India to make the magic real. They’re legit—ethical, skilled, and as picky about soft seams and good fits as I am.

  • Sample Time: 3–6 weeks

  • Bulk Production: About the same (slow fashion is intentional like that)

  • Shipping + Importing: A little unpredictable, always worth it

We’re open about the fact that international production comes with its challenges. Tariffs, delays, and shipping surprises? They happen. But we’d rather keep it real than keep you guessing. Transparency is part of the Banks promise.

Once the pieces arrive, we (Maggie) unpack them, steam them, fold them, package them, and send them out—sometimes with a thank-you note, or a bonus hairclip.
